Who didn’t fall in love with Ryan and Rachel in The Notebook? It got even more exciting as the couple that defined romance for a bourgeoning generation hooked up in real life and seemed inseparable. Then, they broke up, but then they got back together and then they broke up again.

As it goes, they’re both Scorpios and they love with an intensity that is all-consuming. While this pairing has a legendary power, it is never easy. Although fans are wishing they reunite, Rachel recently stated in Vogue, (in which she is this month’s cover girl) that she is good on her own. Meanwhile, Ryan’s love life has remained off the radar and his only steady companion seems to be his dog, George.

While it’s obvious both are having a difficult time finding anyone to fill the shoes of their lover past, perhaps with Jupiter, the planet of luck entering into each of their true-love sectors, reigniting their sparks may just be in their stars.
