Mars moves into the wanderlust sign of Sagittarius on October 7 and will stay there through November 17. This is definitely one of the more restless positions for the fiery planet. The grass is definitely always greener, and the farther away the promise of excitement and adventure, the better. Mars wants to run free, untethered to anything small, petty or mundane while firing up the sign of the Archer.

A lot of physical outlets are necessary, so if all else fails and you feel your energy all pent up, take a brisk run around the block before you bite someone’s head off! If you are one of the more sensitive types, you may actually have to request that people keep their thoughts and opinions to themselves for the next few weeks.

There is also a tendency for people to get preachy in the coming weeks. Philosophical ideas can easily turn into dogma under the fiery and righteous energy of Mars in Sagittarius. Just remember, truth and freedom are the driving forces during this transit, so try to make the best of both.
