Saying Prayers and Affirmations

Saying prayers and affirmations is a way for us to co-create our life with Spirit. As we bring in more of our soul consciously into our daily experience, we have more ability to create what we want instead of just receiving what we have always had. This is a huge change! We can now create the lives we want!

To create your life you must believe in your ability to do so and that you deserve to have the things you are asking for. If we don’t believe that we can manifest a $20,000 car for ourselves, then there is no point in praying to win the $20 million lottery. Start small and work your way up. Sometimes our previous experiences with abundance can still influence us. If this is the case in your life, I would suggest clearing the path for new ways of receiving abundance by forgiveness about the way that you previously chose to learn your Soul’s lessons. It was perfect for you then but now you are choosing to walk a higher, more abundant path. Then let go of all the old limiting ways by stating affirmations like:

“I am blessed going into every situation and I am blessed coming out.”

“I easily win contests and prizes.”

“I believe that manifesting my life is easy.”

“I now receive all that I create with my words.”

Loving ourselves and feeling worthy of receiving more in our lives is also important. If we doubt that we deserve better, even if we say the words, the Universe will work with what energy we are feeling and what we are speaking. Think of it this way. We each have a wheel that is moving in the Universe. When we say the prayers and affirmations, this wheel starts going in that direction. If we are feeling happy, joyful and loved when we are saying the prayers, the wheel turns very fast and will return to us quickly with the desired manifestation of the prayer. If we are feeling depressed, weak and unloved when we say the prayers, the wheel either doesn’t move or moves very, very slowly. We may or may not receive what we are asking for in this lower energy.

In private Soul Sessions, I have heard the Angels say many times, “You deserve every desire you have in your heart. Yes, you can have it.” The only time there was a “no” answer was when the person was trying to take something from someone else instead of getting their own. So anything we want that is not taking it from someone else, we can have. Believe that what is in your heart is there because you deserve it and can have it. And when you are having a particularly happy moment, take advantage of that moment and say your prayers and affirmations. That is the perfect energy to create your life. Then remember to be expectant about receiving them today.
