Nothing can top the intensity level of November -- but the power-packed Scorpio themes continue now into December. Mercury, Venus, Saturn and the North Node are all convening in the deeply transformative constellation of Scorpio. Many of us are finding ourselves in a state of utter groundlessness. We are being forced to live in the present so that the anxiety of the future cannot throw us into a panic, and so that the depression of the past can no longer lock us into a state of hopeless despair.

Change is the only constant, and we have to summon our emotional courage to face our deepest fears now. Often we will find that most of these fears are exaggerated and exist only in our mind. This is why the key to balancing Scorpio is the energy of Taurus, reminding us to slow down and come back into the body and ground in the present moment.
