All's Well That Ends Well
This week begins with a few challenges as the Sun connects to the ongoing Uranus/Pluto square. Some relief is found, however, as the Sun sextiles Uranus on May 28; still, you'll need to contend with the troublesome quincunx to Pluto that same day. People are in an argumentative mood as Mercury squares Mars on May 30, but take advantage of considerable good vibes once Mercury conjuncts Venus on June 1 and trines Saturn on June 3!
May 28: The Sun sextiles Uranus and quincunxes Pluto
As Uranus and Pluto move toward a revolutionary square that will be exact in June -- and will continue to be within a close aspect for the next couple years -- the smaller planets and the Sun and Moon will connect with this square over the next weeks, months and even years! While the Gemini Sun is excited by the boldness of Uranus in Aries, the quincunx to Pluto is unsettling. Pluto, for instance, demands an overhaul to Gemini-born ideas. The trick here is to not be so wedded to a single point of view or plan that you'll be unable to change course if circumstances require it (and they will!). Make the most of what you can ... and leave the rest alone.
May 30: Mercury squares Mars
This square is just plain argumentative! Mercury in Gemini is full of ideas -- even brilliant ones -- but they're not necessarily practical; Mars in Virgo is a workhorse that pays close attention to efficiency. A disagreement between these two principles can heat up dialogue until there's no common sense to be found anywhere. Some people will see your ideas as unrealistic, while others may think you have no imagination at all. Help yourself by walking your talk!
June 1: Mercury conjuncts Venus
June 3: Mercury trines Saturn
Are you ready to make a plan? Now is a good time, as it can likely come together under this pair of harmonious aspects. As communicative Mercury joins social Venus, pleasant conversations and agreeable people offer a break from stressful recent events. Take advantage of this time to straighten out difficulties you've had lately, while also trying to smooth over any feathers you may have ruffled earlier this week. And of course, use common sense to guide you through your conversations and negotiations.
