There are increasing murmurs about a stock market ‘bubble’ in the USA and UK with the indices reaching pre-2008 levels. Some of the major players in investment are moving smartly out of those stocks onto what they consider safer territory. Trying to track the ups and downs of stock markets astrologically on a day to day basis is not easy. But the broader brush strokes do indicate trends.

The Dow Jones, 26 May 1896 9.11 am New York, does look in a swampy patch with tr Neptune square the Gemini Sun. It has had one hit of this aspect mid 2013 but returns another three times this year – from late February, again in the autumn and finally over the New Year into 2014. The cumulative effect of delusionary Neptune may be a tipping point. Transiting Neptune is also in aspect to two Jupiter midpoints which does produce a high of false hopes and then a slide.
The FTSE First Trade, 3 Jan 1984 10 am London, also looks set for major pressures with the tr Uranus square tr Pluto conjunct the Capricorn Sun. Plus Solar Arc Uranus moving to conjunct the Sun exact within three months, though it could trigger earlier – which will see swings and jolts.
