She teaches at University of Colorado and Naropa University, writes a monthly column for Nexus Holistic Journal, and has been written up in the New York Times, Yoga Journal, Natural Health, and other publications. She's a frequent guest on radio shows and has presented workshops at venues such as The Crossings Retreat Center, New Hope, American Business Women's Association and the National Career Development Association.
