Superstorm Sandy Stalls Campaigning – Who Will Prevail?

As Superstorm Sandy hits the U.S., there will be lasting repercussions that affect the presidential election. With the last week left for campaigning halted due to the weather emergency, which candidate -- despite the odds -- will have the stars on his side for the election?

Election night is already full of drama, but add Sandy’s havoc and then Mercury going retrograde in Sagittarius the day of the election, November 6, and there could be a crazier attempt at tallying correct ballots than the Gore-Bush election. Chances are it will take longer than expected to get results. With the retrograde in Sagittarius, Obama’s ego house and Romney’s status house will be affected. Both will take hits in some way, not winning states they thought they had, losing by a small fraction, and so on. Although both will have aspects that are pro and con toward their win, the deciding vote will be Sun in Scorpio, which is in Romney’s Ninth House (truth) and Obama’s Tenth House (career).
