Sauce 1-2 lbs ground turkey, chicken or pork 2 cloves of garlic 2 tsp tomato paste. 1 can of your favorite store-bought tomato sauce for pasta 2 finely chopped carrots, cut into squares dash of saffron olive oil salt & pepper 1 box of angel hair pasta 3 tbs finely chopped Italian parsley 2 cloves of garlic plenty of olive oil Kosher sal In a large sauce pan, mix all the ingredients (except for the can of tomato sauce and the garlic) and season to taste. You can add more salt if need be after the meat is done. Using a garlic press, squeeze in the garlic cloves. If you don't have one, simply chop the garlic very finely. Add the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. It will thicken. Prepare the pasta as indicated in the box. When done, rinse and put back in the pot. Freely add the olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and season to taste with the salt. Serve the pasta on a dish and top with the ragu.
