Earth signs believe that love is a verb. It is shown through action. Feeling love is beside the point -- love is something you do.
Do you know an Earth sign? Is it you? Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn are the nurturing, steadfast, salt-of-the-earth people who are intent on building relationships that have meaning. They want love that leaves a legacy -- not just an imprint on the heart of their loved one, but an irreversible impression on destiny.
That can be a lot of pressure. Sometimes they find it difficult to live up to their own high standards. Here are the three most common mistakes that earth signs make in dating:

FIX: Date to have fun, to get to know another person, to explore and create common ground. Let things progress naturally from there.
2. Skip the frivolity. Maybe they give a present without the wrapping, converse only on the pertinent and polite subjects, stick to the plan of the evening instead of impulsively opting for ice cream from the street vendor. Sticking to the point sometimes means missing the romance of the moment.
FIX: Stay open to your environment and your own impulses, however childish or silly they may seem. The magic of love is in the unexpected and unnecessary extras.
3. Make money be too much of an issue. A lack of funds doesn't have to limit your fun, period.
FIX: Opt for the plan that will let you have the most time and feel the most generous and rich. Instead of going to the expensive restaurant and worrying about the tab, take a picnic to the park, hike up a gorgeous mountain or hang out at home and listen to music together.
