A Valentine's After Taste: Air Signs

 The days just after Valentine's will call for a true celebration of love! With Jupiter conjuncting the love planet, Venus, in creative Pisces on February 16th, you won't want to miss a night of pure indulgence. Start your evening by expanding your lover's palette with his/her favorite foods and spirits. The 16th will be a day of romance you don't want to miss. Here's a list of suggestions on how you create a Valentine's day after taste on this special night! 

AIR SIGNS:

Gemini: Twins love music, so for starters, make sure you have a playlist of their favorite tunes at dinner. To please their palette, Gemini rules most nuts, as well as, the leafy vegetable endive, so an endive salad with spicy pecans, Gorgonzola, and a walnut vinaigrette is definitely in order for this special dinner. Libra: Just like the Bull, Venus-ruled Scales love beauty. Create a centerpiece in an expensive vase that's full of fragrant pink roses and freesia. Scented candles and soft sensual music are definitely a plus to please the senses for Libra. For dinner, I'd suggest a tropical chicken curry served over jasmine white rice, since Librans rule tropical fruits. Don't forget about Libra's sweet tooth. Aquarius: Chances are this new-age thinker isn't a big meat eater. Most water bearers are full vegans or macrobiotic, so be sure to make something that doesn't have red meat. A Quinoa Beet Salad with Miso Sesame dressing would be a great choice. Quinoa is a South-American grain loaded with protein, and since it's cooked in water like rice, it's very fitting for the Water Bearer. For drinks, try making a lychee martini or kumquat mojito. These exotic fruits are ruled by the Innovator, and Aqua will definitely enjoy the taste. For the table, make sure you get some exotic orchids, Aquarius's ruling flower.
