Venus direct: Summer fruit salad for charisma

Since it is the first week of summer and given that Venus is direct, prepare a refreshing fruit salad that will serve as the basis for a great conversation as soon as you feel sociable and ready to take on new or old friendships. Time to call back the ex or rekindle a relationship? Time to invite that neighbor you have been checking out? That is your call; however, be ready with your fruit salad to give them a freshly warm welcome.

Fresh Fruit & Spinach Salad for Charisma

• 2 oranges cut into wedges, peeled
• 1 kiwi
• 1 apple
• 1 mango
• 1 banana
• 20 raspberries
• 1 pears drizzled with lemon
• 2 cups  watermelon, cut into squares
• ½  small pineapple, cut into squares
• fresh spinach leaves
• 2 hearts of palm
• walnuts
• olive oil
• 2 tsp honey
• 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
• juice from half an orange

1. Chop the hearts of palm and banana into small round slices.
2. Chop the rest of the fruit or cut into slices, in the case of oranges. Leave the berries whole.
3. Mix olive oil, juice of the half orange, the honey and the balsamic vinegar until well incorporated. 
4. Serve the spinach on the bottom of a large plate, add the bananas, the hearts of palm and some of the walnuts. 
5. Add  the rest of the fruit and drizzle with the olive oil vinaigrette. Top with more walnuts and enjoy!
