I used to feel guilty about eating certain foods or snacks. Chocolate is a great example. The Angels have never told me not to eat chocolate so I asked them why and they said it’s because it is good for us. We just have to change our thoughts about it. I was thinking negative thoughts while I would eat the chocolate and that was not for my highest good. If you want to eat chocolate, eat it. Just don’t feel guilty about it. Isn’t that amazing?
If you eat something and you feel guilty about it, you have immediately lowered the vibration of that food and it becomes denser within your body and can be converted into fat. If you are going to eat something, choose to eat it, but never feel guilty about it. This is a really good lesson for all of your life. Whatever you do in life, choose to do it but don’t feel guilty about it. Make a conscious choice. If you ever feel yourself feeling guilty about eating something, I would recommend you stop eating it until you can get in a better frame of mind, bless it, and choose to eat it and feel really happy about what you are doing. Really enjoy it.
When you eat your food, it is best to be sitting down and to eat without distractions. Perhaps put on some soft music. Eating your meals in front of the TV makes it difficult to appreciate the food and consciously eat. After you say the prayer that is given below, take a bite of food and taste it. Don’t just chew a few times and swallow it. Taste it. Enjoy it. Appreciate the act of giving your body life. I know it may not be a fine wine but treat each bite as though it is very precious. You will be amazed at how much you enjoy your food when you consciously eat!

The prayer that the Angels have given me to share with you can be used to aid in losing weight, maintaining weight and blessing our food. Here is the prayer for losing weight from the Angels:
“I thank You, Lord that this food is exactly what my body needs at this time. I thank You that anything more than my body needs and would normally be converted into fat is immediately released from my system. I thank You that I continue to lose ___ pounds in a healthy way. Amen.”
Remember the key is to bless everything that is going in your mouth and consciously enjoying eating it. Try this: Cut a snack in half. Eat the first half how you normally would. Then with the second half of your snack, bless it and consciously eat it. You will notice that the second half tasted better and you enjoyed it more.
