Some of you may have experienced heavy changes from the recent eclipses June 26 and July 11. I can't tell you how many life changes I've heard about from friends. Many experienced very hard endings to relationships. Some were powerfully shocking. My last eclipse was to affect my house of friendships. Although I did not have a major breakup with a friend, nor did I lose one to a move, for instance, I did hear of a shocking break up from my best friend that left my jaw dropped to the floor. My girlfriend, a Capricorn, met a wonderful man a few months before and instantly knew he was the one. They immediately moved in together to a house she couldn't afford without him. While she was vacationing with her son, the weekend after the first eclipse (endings), he left her via a text message. She was absolutely devastated. I was devastated. No one saw this coming. He had just gotten word that his ex-wife was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease. After he heard the news, he immediately made a decision to go be with his dying ex-wife and his children, but he stated he was not to come back. It was confusing, and it didn't make any sense. We both agreed that it was understandable what he was doing, but not to come back? We were both dumb-founded. It was like a big punch to the stomach. After many tears and talking over why this was all happening, my friend found her strength once again to start building her life back right around July 11th (new beginnings). All of the worries she had, luckily subsided because she quickly found a way to make it all work out for the time being.
Although I was utterly in shock when I got this call, from an Astrological standpoint it all made sense. The eclipses were to be very rough for her, especially the first one. With Uranus (shock), Mars (war), Jupiter (expansive), Saturn (the teacher) and Pluto (power) in the picture, it stated a powerful ending and beginning to a partnership. This was to affect her relationship with her partner since the eclipses took place in Capricorn and Cancer (cancer is her house of relationships). Fortunately, the second eclipse was happily connecting to Jupiter and Uranus in my friend's house of home. In a shocking and lucky twist, she was able to find a roommate to cover the cost of her living expenses. It only took three days, too. Absolutely, amazing. I keep reassuring her that this is a great chance to start anew. With the July 11th eclipse, she can dust herself off and keep going. New opportunities await her. Although she still can't understand why this all went down this way, one things for sure. She knows whatever doesn't kill her will make her stronger, and she is, no doubt, one of the strongest women I know.
