What Will Mariah Carey Be Like as a Mom?

After much speculation, Mariah Carey finally announced to Access Hollywood that she’s pregnant! As predicted here by moi, Mariah got pregnant approximately four months ago and will give the singer and husband Nick Cannon a spring baby! So, what can the expectant parents expect in terms of their family?

With Mariah an Aries and Nick a Libra, they are complementary signs and that makes them work well as a team. However, with Mariah being the Fire sign that rules war, chances are she is going to more of a disciplinarian than Nick, whose sign (and he is a double Libra, with Sun and Moon in that sign) is infamous for being non-combative. However, being that Mariah is a Cancer Rising, the sign of the nurturer, she won’t be too tough either. And with Nick’s Mars, planet of discipline, in Scorpio, he will be a good support for Mariah who is always ultimately going to be the one that calls the shots in that household -- as is the case with most situations involving an Aries woman.
