Ever since debuting in 2009, MTV's Jersey Shore has been a cultural phenomenon, with many of its well-known personalities -- such as the Situation and Snooki -- turning their newfound fame into multimillion-dollar careers. With cast member JWoww saying that she can't see the series continuing after season 4, when the group heads to Italy, we have to wonder: How long can the show, and its overwhelming popularity, last?
The good news for Shore fans is that -- based on its December 3, 2009, premiere date -- the show is a Sagittarius with a Mars in Leo, which means great aspects that can support the stars longer than expected. Plus, with the series' Sun, Venus and Mars currently being hit with the power of Jupiter, its success is guaranteed until June 2011. However, the second half may see a slump, as earthy elements take over -- but if the stars play it cool and partner with the right people, Jersey Shore (or even a couple of spin-offs) could continue well into 2012. Of course, with the prediction that the end of the world is coming in 2012, this show's unwavering popularity could be just another sign of the apocalypse.
