Will Lee DeWyze Win Post-‘Idol’ Success?

Last week Lee DeWyze won Season 9 of American Idol. While winning the show brought fame and fortune to some previous Idol champs, such as Kelly Clarkson, often the runners-up have become the real winners in the music industry -- as in the case of top-selling singer Clay Aiken (who lost to Ruben Studdard). However, what does fate have in store for Lee?

As an Aries, Lee certainly has the stars in place for him for right now. While Mars (planet of ambition) is touring his Fifth House, which rules the entertainment industry, he has strong forces pushing him into the spotlight. However, this influence is only temporary. Luckily, summer is coming and it’ll bring Jupiter into Aries, which will give Lee even more opportunities, but ultimately it’ll mean he has to play his own business manager -- however, Lee has a Mars in Capricorn (the sign of business), so chances are this won’t be the last we hear of him.
