Is Willow Smith a One-Hit Wonder?

Willow Smith’s video for “Whip My Hair” has gone viral and has made her an instant hit. Of course, with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith as her parents, it’s no surprise she got major support for her musical aspirations (like Jay-Z giving her a record deal!) to produce a slick song and video. However, one video going viral does not a career make. Is this the 9-year-old’s only hit or is there a long career ahead of her?

Obviously, Willow has a world of opportunities through her parents. However, this girl is a Scorpio and she is a lady that ultimately will want to call her own shots, as she is born under the sign of power -- and with Mercury, Venus and Mars all in Scorpio now, this is a perfect time for Willow to make her mark. However, with her Venus in Sagittarius and Mars in Virgo, music will probably be only the push-off point to her career, as this is a girl that likes new challenges and will be out to try out a little bit of everything. Yes, one can expect her career to last, but forget trying to pigeonhole her as she’s a girl who likes to surprise.
