At age 16 in 1971, Susan began an Asian Studies major in Chinese and Japanese literature in Chicago at Roosevelt University under Professor Takeko Stover. Susan attended The Art Institute Of Chicago to take a course in Chinese calligraphy and completed her studies there on full scholarship. Her graduate work was at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Susan moved to San Francisco in 1983 where she started her private astrology practice in 1986. Susan became a certified feng shui practitioner in 1997 and learned Black Hat feng shui under Lin Yun Rinpoche, Teacher Ho Lynn Tu, and Seann Xenja; she learned landform feng shui and celestial feng shui with Taoist monk Liu Ming of Da Yuan Circle; and studied Taoist macrobiotics at Nam Singh's Academy of Cooking with Chinese Herbs in San Francisco, CA. She has traveled extensively in Asia and speaks many languages. Susan is known for her kindness, intuitive accuracy, and gentle humor as she is a Pisces born in the year of the Sheep.
