Prepare for Gemini Season with this High-Flying Mercury Meditation
Find a quiet space
and make yourself comfortable.
Take one slow, deep breath to
reconnect with your own magic.
Then dive all the way into this vision
and see what happens.

 
In your mind’s eye, see yourself in a cocoon of soft blue spiritual light. It feels good to be wrapped in this gossamer cocoon of light, and you sense that it is giving you the protection you need to transform, become something very light and new.  

Feel a transformation happening inside that blue cocoon and then suddenly, it’s like someone unzips the two sides of the cocoon, and you actually emerge. You come out flying from that cocoon, rising effortlessly and with great joy into the sky, trailing behind you a beautiful silver strand so that you can easily find your way back home.

You are going to let that high-flying part of yourself have a mystical, heavenly experience.  I’m not going to tell you what it is or how it should happen. You are going to go your own way and follow the guidance of your high-flying self.

So go ahead, fly as high as you can into the sky and find a place up there to see your life from the outside, from above, from someplace where you can easily see the present and the future.  If you are in the mood to create or direct a scene from your life, you are welcome to, or if some angelic helper comes to work with you, give yourself over to everything your helper wants to reveal to you, let your helper give you as much help and healing as you can take in.

(Read this last section, then close your eyes, enter the vision and experience it!)

Give yourself permission to experience something mystical.  Fly or float or rest or check things out from above, stay awake to all insight, alert for ah-ha realizations, keep breathing and see what happens. 

Then, when you are ready, begin to follow that silver strand and drift back down to earth, using your breath to bring you back into your body, and feel that high-flying part of yourself come all the way back home, bringing all those gifts and ideas home with you.
