September 29: Rewriting the Story

The moon is sextile Uranus Rx at 3:58 a.m.

Early Tuesday, the Piscean moon forms a sextile with Uranus in Taurus, opening up the morning to emotional insight and innovative energies. We can expect the unexpected, but the unexpected will likely be pleasant and welcome since the sextile aspect is positive and supportive. This sextile may encourage creativity and inventive visions.

The sun is opposite Chiron Rx at 1:44 p.m.

Mars Rx is square Saturn at 2:50 p.m.

In the early afternoon, the sun in justice-seeking Libra forms an opposition with Chiron in head-strong Aries. This aspect brings the balanced perceptions of Libra season into polarity with our inner wounds, shining a light on what needs long-term tending and healing. It also represents an opportunity to gain a new awareness of our healing journey and helps us see an elusive pattern more clearly. This pattern can be rewritten, but it will take objectivity and conscious awareness to go into some tender areas to rewrite the script. We have a chance now to claim new stories and discard the old ones that are no longer relevant and limit our potential.

Deep awareness of our wounds, reactivity, and old patterns will be needed now, as Mars in battle-ready Aries forms its second challenging square aspect with Saturn in determined Capricorn. This square is an echo to the Mars/Saturn square of August 24, but this time, the planets have traded roles. Now, we have Mars moving retrograde, becoming more volatile and unpredictable, while Saturn has now gone direct, becoming more powerful and resolute. Whatever was set in motion late August comes up for review now and challenges us to find balance and resolution again with themes of deep frustration in the face of ongoing limitations on our freedom.

The moon is sextile Jupiter at 7:40 p.m.

The moon is conjunct Neptune Rx at 10:00 p.m.

The moon in Pisces forms two beneficial aspects this evening, which will likely be soothing and cooling to our nerves and tensions after a challenging day. The first aspect is a sextile with Jupiter in Capricorn, adding stability to our feelings and restoring a sense of hope. A few hours later, the moon conjoins Neptune, taking us on a deep dive into the world of dreams, ideas, and hopes for the future. This aspect may have a cushioning, cocooning effect on our awareness, allowing us to slip into deep sleep and restoration.
