Our resident tarot expert, Jo-Anne Penn-Kast, holds degrees in Cultural Anthropology, Sociology and Social Science. She is certified by the American Tarot Association as a Professional Tarot Reader, and holds certification in web architecture and multimedia.

As an entrepreneur, perpetual Page, and writer, Jo-Anne's painstaking research, interpretations, and evolving theories on the tarot and its use as a tool for living, take a more cultural, anthropological and social sciences approach based on intensive study of many and various classical schools of thought.

The resulting existential premise is that when you change the way you look at your life, your life can begin to change. Therefore, and based on the science of quantum physics, we all have the power to co-create our own reality by virtue of our intentions. This philosophy, together with the proprietary virtually genuine reading process, supports the author's mission, which is in part to break down barriers, and eliminate fears and stereotypes surrounding tarot in order to make it widely accessible and acceptable as a valid and timeless tool for ongoing personal discovery and self-empowerment.

David has been working in systems design and computer programming for many years, enjoys creating dynamic applications for the web, and especially enjoys his involvement with, and bringing to life, his wife's vision and love for Tarot.

He and his wife live with their three children in Connecticut.
