January 19: The Sun Enters Aquarius

We don’t feel like our needs are being met at this time, craving validation, yet if we were to receive the attention we seek, we would likely still find ourselves dissatisfied. Being unpopular seems to pose less of a threat, in fact, it seems obvious that by following our weirder interests, we will attract the proper company. Community engagements are prioritized as the sun travels through the sign of the Water-bearer. We shine brightest when progressive, future-oriented, humanitarian sensibilities are allowed to take precedence over materialism.

As we continue to construct the empire we began to build while the sun traveled through Capricorn, we find ways to add to our legacy through experimentation, innovation, and collaboration, celebrating models of inclusivity and diversity. Deviation, indeed, rebellion, from the norm seems less threatening, because we pride ourselves on our individuality, interested in promoting not only our own freedom, but the freedom of all those we come in contact with.
