Here we are, in the midst of the Mercury retrograde, with the asteroid Juno, queen of the gods (who focuses her energies on relationships) conjoining Neptune, the planet of magic, dreams, and creativity.

This is an ideal moment for a visualization that will call your soul family back to you and remind you of what you really love.

Find a quiet space and make yourself comfortable. Take one slow, deep breath to reconnect to your own magic. Then dive all the way into this vision and see what happens.

HOWL

Breathe all the way in and out from your core, your center, the heart of you.

In your imagination, see yourself high on a plateau, a mountain peak with a large, flat area at the top.

Take a few cycles of breath to really remember your heart. Think of all the love you’ve received, and all the love you’ve given. If there are any feelings of optimism or gratitude present, encourage them.

Now feel all that heart/love energy filling you up, rising within you until it only seems natural that you throw your head back, open your mouth, and let loose a great sacred howl. This glorious sound you make conveys all the love and feeling you have inside you. The sounds and vibrations of it ricochet and echo across the mountains and the spaces in between.

And now look with wonder as a beautiful wolf appears. You lock eyes with it and share a deep moment on that mountaintop. This wolf knows you, knows your heart, and you feel connected to this great creature.

In perfect unison, the two of you toss your heads back and howl together. The sound the two of you make is so holy, so deeply fantastic as it echoes and stretches into the distance that now many more creatures, beings, and friends arrive to be up here with you.
