Leo 

The spotlight that usually seems to follow you around may burn a little too crowded during this Mercury retrograde, and you may feel confused as to why so many other people are trying to steal it from you. This Mercury retrograde is going to have you considering your own resources, and whether you want to share them or not. As a strong leader, you may want to help others, but make sure you don’t say anything that you may regret later when you offer. While sharing the limelight at times can be fun, don’t give it away forever by accident!

Virgo 

Mercury retrogrades often feel very personal to you, my Virgo, as Mercury rules your sign. This retrograde is dancing in the spot that holds something very dear to you – your daily rituals and routines. You may find that your trusty besom needs new bristles, or that your computer duster accidentally blew out a key. When things seem to be getting out of hand, make sure to think of how you can keep your thoughts from harming any relationships. Breathe, relax, and remember that you always find a way to make things exactly how you want them to be. 

Libra 

With Mercury retrograding through your home sector in the sign of the home, expect some mishaps taking place in your own personal space. Perhaps your washing machine is going to go on the fritz; maybe you’re going to find out that your aquarium filter hasn’t been changed in too long and now you have to clean it out by hand. It might even show up as you having a little argument with a roommate about whose chores are being done when! Give yourself and others a lot of grace, and find the harmony that you need. 

Scorpio 

As the sign most associated with spice and heat and the bit lips of a kiss that goes on too long, you may find yourself going through a bit of a dry spell with this particular Mercury retrograde. It seems as if your words may keep your bed empty, and your usual mysterious charm is coming off more awkward than usual. Sagittarius 

Work can be a real chore sometimes, Sagittarius, and this Mercury retrograde is going to make you wish that you had saved up some extra vacation days just to stay at home and be in your pajamas. It also seems as if work is going to be putting you through contentious times, too, making home seem that much lovelier. If you accidentally reply-all with a funny joke, or forget the rules around fonts and margins, give yourself some grace. It’s Mercury retrograde, after all. 

Capricorn 

Don’t be afraid to tell people how you feel, Capricorn, but do be afraid of saying the wrong feeling at the wrong time during this Mercury retrograde. When Mercury does a little backflip routine through the space that holds our committed relationships when in Cancer, our best intentions can come out all wrong and we need to spend some time making sure those around us feel secure in the relationship. Aquarius 

The bogeyman may not be real, but during this Mercury retrograde, you may certainly feel like it is! When your fears become a little too much, take a deep breath and phone a friend – if you can’t get the words out right, I think the sentiment will. Remember that not everything that goes bump in the night is actually something to be afraid of, and that your home is a safe, secure place that you can retreat to when needed. Leave a nightlight on, too, if it makes you feel better! 

Pisces 

Be wary of your travel plans during this Mercury retrograde, my Piscean friend! You may be ready to pack up your suitcase and take that much desired trip, but it may be wiser to double check that there isn’t anything pressing at home that might be needing to be taken care of first. If you are going to take a trip during this time, have someone check in on your house while you’re gone. No need to cancel your plans, but do take extra precautions.
