Moon Conjunct Uranus: Lightening Rod

The moon conjoins Uranus early in the day today, and that means flashes of insight are coming. And then that moon is going to move into Taurus, giving us a unique opportunity to ground those ideas and bring them down to earth in real life, which is exactly what this meditation will help you do.

Find a quiet space and make yourself comfortable. Take one slow, deep breath to reconnect to your own magic.

Then dive all the way into this vision and see what happens.

LIGHTNING ROD

Take a few breaths in which you really start to feel yourself as a vertical link between the earth and sky. As you inhale and exhale, feel energy running through your physical form from your head to your feet.

In your mind’s eye, see yourself as you are today, standing in a favorite power spot in your home. It is nighttime, and you are in your real home, standing there in the dim light with an open heart and mind.

Imagine that a floating orb of dark, iridescent plasma appears in the air about a foot and a half over your head.
You look up and this thing is beautiful. Shining, dark, silvery plasma curling and flowing within the confines of the orb, it’s hypnotic and extraordinary. You can sense all the magic concentrated within it.

Suddenly, the orb opens, and the cool, thick, dark-silver liquid flows slowly down through the air. Starting at the crown of your head, it begins to flow down all over you.

Feel it flow from your head, over your face and neck, over your shoulders, down your body. Smooth, cool, thick, it is calming you down, bringing you back to earth.

As soon as the shining plasma flows all the way to the floor, it disappears in a burst of sparkly dust. Still you stand there, infused now with a new kind of magic.

You feel yourself as a perfect vertical connective link between the heavens and earth. You are an energetic vertical link between the world of the spiritual and the physical.

Amuse yourself by drawing perfect ideas down from the ether and feeling them flow through you to the ordinary world, and then watch them take form.

You are like a lightning rod. You can pull inspiration – divine ideas – from the sky and draw it down through you to earth, making it manifest at your feet.

Do this over and over again, practicing this vertically magnetic process and getting acquainted with your new power.
