Weekly Horoscope: April 6, 2026 to April 12, 2026—The Great Awakener’s Message

Every week that I write a weekly horoscope, I find myself reflecting on the beauty of life. We obviously are guided intrinsically by our cosmic DNA—our natal charts—but mundane astrology—following transits of the planets—still plays such a vital factor in the progression of our lives. I find this to be so fascinating because not only are we unconsciously always following the pattern of our lives, as if pre-written, but interacting with the world in a way that provides the atmosphere in which we are moving. 

The Energy Profile Of This Week

This week, we may finally feel like the pace of life is almost back on track! After being riddled by so many hiccups, pivots, and twists in recent months due to Mercury retrograde, eclipse season, and cosmic storms, we are moving forth into far better territory. The most significant thing to notice this week is that Mercury, our planet of the mind, will reach post-shadow on April 9. This means he is at peak speed and soaring through the heavens as happily as he can be. We, too, will feel that life is moving at a more brisk, normal pace after this date. If you have felt any confusion, especially mixed emotions and logic in recent weeks, the answers could now be right in front of you and you may have finally come to terms with where you stand. 

Another major transit to begin is the movement of our mighty red planet, Mars, into the realm of Aries on April 9. Mars ignites especially brightly here because he is domicile, or “at home” here and we will feel ourselves infused with this vibrant energy. Mars is a planet of action, aggression, desire, passion, and drive, and it rules Aries. Aries, as a zodiac sign, tied to independence, leadership, and the pursuit of one’s individual destiny. From now until May 18, we have even more power to seize the day and carve out the life that we want, personally and professionally. Do not sit back and just watch the world pass you by. Set forth and conquer your dreams! However, be aware that now that everyone is being more ego-driven, more conflicts and a clash of personalities may ensue. This is one of the best transits in a two-year period to launch endeavors, get moving on goals, and invigorate yourself with fuel and power.
