February 2026: The Month That Sets the Tone for the Year

Full Moon in Leo

Kicking off the month with big feels, the full moon on February 1 may have you feeling insecure. This full moon  is especially important for creatives, creators, and those in sales or marketing. This is a time to pause and reflect as confidence may wane around this time, but only for you to remember who you are so you can bounce back from a momentary low. After all, there is so much to celebrate with full moons as well! It’s a recognition of ways you’ve built up your confidence and your image.

Uranus Direct in Taurus

Starting February 4, we’re finishing off our time with Uranus disrupting all things related to Taurus. Think how we collectively view luxury, finance, agriculture, restaurants, and nourishment. After a retrograde, the introspection turns into clarity as we close out our lessons with Uranus in Taurus. For those who directly work in Taurean industries (Finance, Creative Fields, Food Industry, Agriculture), you may have found the last 7 to 8 years filled with change.

Venus enters Pisces

Starting on February 10 for a month or so, we’ll feel drawn towards the unseen, spiritual, artistic, and mystical. And with the north node in Pisces over the last year, this is an energy we have become familiar and more comfortable with. Coupled with the sun moving into Pisces and other transits involving this water sign, February can feel like there are signs showing up everywhere, from seeing angel numbers to uncanny synchronicities. Lean into the curiosity and desire to explore the spiritual, and to lead with intuition.

Saturn Enters Aries

Saturn is the planet of discipline and responsibility. Career matters also fall within the purview of Saturn. As we begin a new journey with Saturn through the lens of Aries on February 14, we’re being asked to bring more discipline and discernment when it comes to how we lead, take action, and fuel creative projects. If you have Saturn in Aries, you are starting your Saturn Return! It’s a time of deep transformation as you reevaluate your career and how you need to take the lead. 

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius

Eclipse season begins! It’s a transformative time that brings us what we need, maybe not what we want, but it’s always for our growth and evolution. The energy has been building and with the new moon on February 17, new movements will begin. Think grassroots movements for humanitarian causes. A significant milestone for AI integration into everyday life. Personally, you’ll begin to feel more comfort when it comes to embracing your most authentic self. Freedom will be a big theme that comes up, so don’t be surprised if you’re yearning for liberation in a specific area of your life.

February 18 when the sun enters mutable water sign, Pisces, it’s time to slow down and find more flow. The sign of Pisces reminds us that we can take a softer, gentler approach to life. This is the pause before things get busy with spring. Take advantage of the final month of winter; a time that naturally supports introspection. Daydream. Leave more space to do nothing on the weekends. This is not the time to overschedule. 

Saturn conjunct Neptune in Aries

One of the most important transits of the year, we can expect the time in and around February 20 to bring news related to leadership, government, war, and country specific identity and roles on the global stage. Saturn, a planet of discipline, meets with Neptune’s disillusioned energy which can result in explosive energy. We may see the fall of a world leader, a new government, redrawing of borders, the emergence of new global leaders, large mergers falling through, breakup of large corporations, and the breakdown of old systems. Throw in an AI celebrity or spiritual leader, and our bingo board is complete. Don’t doomscroll. Go outside instead. 

Mercury Retrograde in Pisces

The first Mercury Retrograde on February 26 will be a welcome respite as 2026 is already a fast-moving year. With the intensity of world events, we’ll be reaching for spiritual connection. Belief in a higher power guiding us and some reassurance that everything will be ok. We’ll process feelings through escapism via entertainment/music,  or the creation of art. There may be a stronger desire to disassociate from reality during this retrograde. Only to recognize when it’s over that it was a nice break, but we can’t escape reality. So how can we make things better?

We continue to refine our connection to intuition on February 27. There can be a feeling of accomplishment in how far you’ve come in embracing more trust in the flow of life. If you need a boost of energy, go watch a new movie, dive into your favorite book, or play music.
