Cool, calm. In control. Oh on the 1st, you know that the key to your well-being (and remaining cool, calm and in control) lies in your hands. Ah, yes. You need to stick to your exercise routine! Ha! It is so easy. Yet sometimes, it is rather difficult. Stick to it. On the 5th, you feel terrific if you’ve been working out. By the time the 10th rolls around, you know just what you have to do to stay in control: Work out and eat right. You might want to cook up a nice healthy meal for your nearest and dearest on the 15th. Do it! On the 20th, why not try something new? Whether you run, swim, hike or do yoga together, you might find that this is what you’ve been missing! Give it a try! If you feel tuckered out on the 25th, take a rest. It’s a good idea not to ignore seasonal ups and downs. But don’t sleep for too long. By the 28th, you recognize a problem for what it is, and you need to be wide awake to correct it. Once that’s done, end the month with a nice, long nap. You’ve earned it!
