If you feel that you're getting a slow start to the month, you're not alone. The main thing is that you make some effort every day. On a really rough day, it might be simply that you realize that you're not going to be able to exercise. Keep your dedication strong, and you'll be fine. By the 3rd and 4th you should be back up to speed, showing up and doing your routine. Push yourself, but not so hard that you want to quit. The 6th is another day to feel good about feeling good. Do a self-guided yoga routine and smile. The 10th is a perfect high-energy day. Dance your heart out if that's your exercise of choice. Feel sexy, no matter what you do. Get organized on the 12th and 13th and make it easier to get to the gym. You may want to stay longer and chat with others. Play it safe and give yourself more time on the 17th. Go easy and maybe work on flexibility on the 22nd and 23rd. Your ankles, knees, back, and hips will be happy. Burn those calories away on the 27th, and look forward to a treat on the 30th. You've earned it!
