Yes, please. Nothing will keep you from exercising on the 16th, even if you have to run or walk the stairwell at the office. Feel good about yourself, every minute. The 21st and 22nd are serious days. Pay attention to what your body has to say. You're getting stronger. The 25th and 26th are your days to push hard. Be smart about it, too. Hot tub time on the 30th or 31st. Great!
