You have more energy than anyone this month and you're ready to put it to good use getting healthier and stronger. Don't let a day go by without a serious effort. Start on the 1st with a strong walk or run, even if it's a bit shorter than usual. The 2nd is more for pushing yourself. Drink extra water and eat enough. Fruits are good in-between meal snacks. The 5th may be more relaxed but you can get more intense on the weekend of the 6th and 7th. A longer day hike or bike ride, maybe with a group, might appeal to you, or a cool evening walk to get in the day's step count. Are you staying comfortable, taking good care of your skin? Good. The 11th and 12th are also intense. Respect any limitations. Is your equipment in good shape? No sore feet, ankles, or knees, okay? Get outside on the 13th and 14th and get some sun and fresh air. Drinking enough water? Getting enough electrolytes? It's easy on the 21st to join a carpool to a favorite place for a spirited walk or run. The 29th is great to set sensible goals for the fitness level you want. Fantastic!
