The 2nd and 3rd are power days, too. No excuses. Be practical. No injuries or extreme fatigue, either, okay? Be good to yourself on the 11th. Be strong in the weight room, and then luxuriate in the hot shower with body wash and shampoo that feels great. Happiness! The 13th could be hectic but you know how to tune out distractions. Focus on the music and dance. Focus on the instructor's voice and sink into the yoga moves. On the 15th, consider healthier dishes and desserts for the holidays, vegetables and grains. Desserts can be healthy, too. Homemade pies and baked goods, yum. If the 17th and 18th are absorbed with holiday shopping, that's exercise, too. You're moving the whole time. Walk or run early on the 24th and 25th and be free for all the holiday fun and food. Repeat on the 31st, unless you're off skiing or at the spa. Or maybe you have a date to dance the year away.
