This Week’s Sports Predictions: January 1– January 7, 2024

January 1, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars gets lucky, thanks to a massive boost from Jupiter, the planet of expansion and opportunity. And Jupiter is not alone — Saturn joins the party for a well-earned good time. With plenty of stamina and good timing, the warrior has plenty of choice and energy on his plate to get the job done. The more challenging the task, the better the result, especially if a cool and calm attitude is adopted. With zest, passion, and energy to run wild and free, this is a great time to work through any stressful areas, both on and off the field, and get one step closer to fulfilling your ambitions.

We begin this week’s predictions on New Year’s Day in the evening with a basketball game between the Los Angeles Clippers and Miami Heat. Here, the heated Leo moon gets ready to pounce in a hot-blooded and fiery contest. Then, on Tuesday evening, basketball teams Philadelphia 76ers and Chicago Bulls play under the light of a fickle Virgo moon for an impressive test of stamina. Finally, on Sunday evening, in yet another basketball game, the Dallas Mavericks and Minnesota Timberwolves go head-to-head under the auspices of the challenged and challenging Scorpio moon in a ruthless battle for supremacy.

Game 1

NBA

Los Angeles Clippers -v- Miami Heat

Monday 1st January @ 7:30 pm – Los Angeles, California

On Monday evening at Crypto.com Arena, the Los Angeles Clippers invite the Miami Heat onto their court. With the frustrated waning Leo moon rising up to the challenge, this will be a wild game, especially with the Clippers’ handy small forward, Gemini sun Kawhi Leonard and his unbridled Cancerian Mars/Venus/Jupiter stellium on the rampage. But it appears that it will be the Heat’s flavor-of-the-day center, Sagittarian moon Bam Adebayo and his dexterous Virgo Mars, who will take control of the action for an entertaining finale. Miami Heat to win.

Game 2

NBA

Philadelphia 76ers -v- Chicago Bulls

Tuesday 2nd January @7:00 pm – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

On Tuesday evening at Wells Fargo Center, the Philadelphia 76ers welcome Chicago Bulls onto their territory. With the waning Virgo moon uplifted by Jupiter and ready for action, this will be a thriller, especially with the 76ers’ elusive center, Pisces sun Joel Embid and his impatient Aries moon ready to explode. However, it appears that it will be the Bulls’ tricky small forward, Cancer sun Demar Derozan and his savage Leo Mars/Mercury combo, who will rise to the occasion to take the crown and claim victory for the team. Chicago Bulls to win.

Game 3

NBA

Dallas Mavericks -v- Minnesota Timberwolves

Sunday 7th January @ 6:30 pm – Dallas, Texas

On Sunday evening at American Airlines Center, the Dallas Mavericks invite the Minnesota Timberwolves onto their turf. With the mischievous Scorpio moon ready to stir up a hornet’s nest, this will be a wickedly entertaining contest, especially with the Timberwolves’ powerhouse shooting guard, Scorpio Mars/Pluto combo Anthony Edward taking no prisoners. But it appears that it will be the Mavericks’ volatile point guard, Aquarius sun Luka Dončić and his wandering Leo moon, who will take hold of the game and weave his way to an outstanding victory. Dallas Mavericks to win.

And that’s a wrap for this week in Sports Astrology Predictions. Until next time!
