This Week’s Sports Predictions: April 29 – May 5, 2024

April 28, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars aligns with Deneb Kaitos, the brightest fixed star in the tail of the whale in the constellation of Cetus.  The passionate and unruly frequency generated by this hot, orange star gives a determination to win, regardless of the consequences.  And with Pluto, the planet of transformation silently sliding into the picture, now is the time to take stock of what has outgrown its usefulness and proceed with a measure of poker-faced patience and caution.

We begin this week’s predictions on Monday evening with a baseball game between New York Mets and Chicago Cubs.  Here, the restless Sagittarian moon runs amok for a thoroughly entertaining spectacle.  Then on Saturday afternoon, baseball teams Arizona Diamondbacks and San Diego Padres shape up under the influence of the waning Pisces moon for a slippery game of winner-takes-all.  Finally, on Sunday afternoon, minor league football teams Michigan Panthers and Arlington Renegades go head-to-head under the auspices of the misty Neptunian moon for a mesmerizing game where hidden agendas rule.

Game 1

MLB

New York Mets -v- Chicago Cubs

Monday 29th April @ 7:10 pm – New York, New York

On Monday evening at Citi Field, home team New York Mets invite the Chicago Cubs onto their field.  With the waning Sagittarius moon feeling random and ready to rumble, this will be a fast-moving, freestyle gamble, especially with the Mets’ sizzling center fielder, Aries sun Harrison Bader and his steamy Piscean moon playing hide-and-seek.  But it appears that it will be the Cubs’ edgy first baseman, Sagittarian Mars/Venus combo Michael Busch and his quirky Aquarian moon, who will take the opposition by surprise for an outstanding win.  Chicago Cubs to win.

Game 2

MLB

Arizona Diamondbacks -v- San Diego Padres

Saturday 4th May @ 5:10 pm – Phoenix, Arizona

On Saturday late afternoon at Chase Field, home team Arizona Diamondbacks welcome the San Diego Padres onto their ballpark.  With the foggy Piscean moon on a collision course with Mars, this will be a brutal test of stamina, especially with the Padres’ ambitious center fielder, Capricorn Mars Jackson Merrill and his ruthless Scorpio moon laying down the law.  However, it appears that it will be the Diamondbacks’ stellar second baseman, Leo moon Ketel Marte and his crafty Virgo sun on the move, who will shrewdly take advantage of his opponents’ weakest link and deliver a crowd-pleasing finale.  Arizona Diamondbacks to win.

Game 3

UFL

Michigan Panthers -v- Arlington Renegades

Sunday 5th May @ 1:00 pm – Detroit, Michigan

On Sunday early afternoon at Ford Field, home team Michigan Panthers invite the Arlington Renegades onto their turf.   With the waning Piscean moon up to mischief with Mercury, this will be a tricky game where unexpected twists and turns upset the mojo of both teams, especially with the Renegades’ wily quarterback, Cancerian sun/moon/Mercury combo Luis Perez and his powerhouse Taurean Mars stirring the pot.  But it appears that it will be the Panthers’ feisty quarterback, Sagittarian sun E.J. Perry and his super-loaded moon/Venus/Mars/Jupiter stellium, who will dig deep to deliver a surprising and sensational victory.   Michigan Panthers to win.

And that’s a wrap for this week in Sports Astrology Predictions. Until next time!
