This Week’s Sports Predictions: February 26– March 3, 2024

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars gets a helping hand and a boost of energy, thanks to a supportive connection with fast-talking Mercury and the sun. The vibrant frequency generated by this easy-over, semi-sextile aspect speeds up thoughts and actions and encourages forward movement and split-second decision-making. Although there may seem to be too many variables and choices, keep a clear mind and be confident that good decisions can be made under pressure.

We begin this week’s predictions on Thursday evening with a basketball game between the Charlotte Hornets and Milwaukee Bucks. Here, the Libra moon finds herself on the brink of the Via Combusta, where the teams will clash in a highly volatile match. Then, on Sunday afternoon, ice hockey teams Los Angeles Kings and New Jersey Devils shape up under the light of the silent Scorpio moon for a stealthy killer of a game. Finally, ice hockey teams Washington Capitals and Arizona Coyotes go head-to-head under the auspices of the wicked plutonic moon for a thriller of a match.

Charlotte Hornets -v- Milwaukee Bucks

Thursday 29^th February @ 7:00 pm – Charlotte, North Carolina

On Thursday evening at the Spectrum Center, home team Charlotte Hornets invite the Milwaukee Bucks onto their court. With the Libra moon entering the Via Combusta, this will be a decidedly contentious game, especially with the Bucks’ dark-horse power forward, Scorpio sun Giannis Antetokounmpo and his Regulus-laced Leo Mars on the prowl. But it appears that it will be the Hornets’ slippery small forward, Pisces sun/Mars Miles Bridges and his Capricorn Venus armed to the hilt, who will be the one to hijack the opposition into submission. Charlotte Hornets to win.

Los Angeles Kings -v- New Jersey Devils

Sunday 3^rd March @ 12:30 pm – Los Angeles, California

On Sunday afternoon at the Crypto.com Arena, the Los Angeles Kings welcome the New Jersey Devils onto their rink. With the silent Scorpio moon getting down to business, this will be a wicked game of wits, especially with the Kings’ tricky left wing, Cancer Mars Trevor Moore and his Scorpio Jupiter stirring up trouble. However, it appears that it will be the Devils’ fiery right wing, Aries sun Tyler Toffoli and his unpredictable Aquarian Mars, who will be the one to oversee the action for a stellar win. New Jersey Devils to win.

Washington Capitals -v- Arizona Coyotes

Sunday 3^rd March @ 1:00 pm – Washington, DC 

On Sunday afternoon at the Capital One Arena, the Washington Capitals invite the Arizona Coyotes onto their ice. With the massive fixed dog-star Sirius on the rise and the waning Scorpio moon dressed to kill, this will be a riveting game where anything goes, especially with the Capitals’ loaded center, Aquarius sun/moon/Mercury/Venus stellium Dylan Strome and his subversive retrograde Virgo Mars flying beneath the radar. But it appears that it will be the Coyotes’ star right wing, Sirius-infused Gemini Venus/Mars combo Clayton Keller and his strategic Virgo moon, who will be the one to outwit the opposition for a well-earned takedown. Arizona Coyotes to win.
