This Week’s Sports Predictions: June 3 – June 9, 2024

June 2, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars takes a walk on the wild side, thanks to a jarring quincunx aspect with the dark side of the moon, Lilith. Known as Black Moon (or Dark Moon), Lilith is not a planet but an energetic void situated at the farthest point from the orbital path of the moon. In this void, she rages with feminine fire, independent and unapologetically wicked, delighting in all kinds of mystery and mayhem. And with the warrior planet feeling her wrath, it would be wise to buckle up in readiness for a raw and primal power struggle—both on and off the field.

We kick off this week’s predictions on Friday evening with a baseball game between the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Here, the waxing Gemini moon is left to her own devices for a mesmerizing contest of wits. Then baseball teams Chicago White Sox and the Boston Red Sox shape up under the light of the setting mercurial moon for a match of double-trouble. Finally, on Friday evening, women’s basketball teams Washington Mystics and Indiana Fever go head-to-head for a fast and fickle fight under the auspices of the Gemini moon where sleight of hand will rule.

Game 1

MLB

New York Yankees -v- Los Angeles Dodgers

Friday 7th June @ 7:05 pm – New York, New York

On Friday evening at Yankee Stadium, the New York Yankees invite the Los Angeles Dodgers onto their field. With the fresh-faced Gemini moon up to mischief, this will be a game full of twists and turns, especially with the Dodgers’ hot-and-spicy designated hitter, Taurus Mars Shohei Ontani and his Sirius-laced Gemini sun primed and ready for action. But it appears that it will be the Yankees’ dogged right fielder, Libra sun/Venus combo Juan Soto and his feral Leo Mars overseeing the action, who will get under the skin of his opponents for a stellar win. New York Yankees to win.

Game 2

MLB

Chicago White Sox -v- Boston Red Sox

Friday 7th June @ 7:10 pm – Chicago, Illinois

On Friday evening at Guaranteed Rate Field, the Chicago White Sox welcome the Boston Red Sox onto their ballpark. With the Gemini moon wending her way to the horizon, this will be a fickle game, especially with spirited Red Sox’ right fielder, Gemini sun Wilyer Abreu and his blazing Via Combusta Libra moon lighting fires left, right and center. However, it appears that it will be the White Sox’ feisty right fielder, Aries sun Gavin Sheets and his evasive Pisces moon, who will be the one to slip and slide his way to a dramatic finale. Chicago White Sox to win.

Game 3

WNBA

Washington Mystics -v- Indiana Fever

Friday 7th June @ 7:30 pm – Washington DC, Washington

On Friday evening at Capital One Arena, home team Washington Mystics invite the Indiana Fever onto their court. With the two-faced Gemini moon ready to parlay, this will be a game where what you see is definitely not what you get, especially with the Fever’s feverish guard, Aries moon Caitlyn Clark and her slippery Pisces Mars ready to rumble. But it appears that it will be the Mystics’ ruthlessly competitive guard, Capricorn moon Ariel Atkins and her Gemini Mars the flavor du jour, who will outsmart the opposition with dexterous delight. Washington Mystics to win.

And that’s a wrap for this week in Sports Astrology Predictions. Until next time!
