This Week’s Sports Predictions: January 29– February 4, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars loosens the boundaries and gets warm and fuzzy, thanks to Neptune entering the arena. The wistful frequency generated by these two planets hooking up encourages a spirit of nobility and sacrifice. This is not the time to blindly forge forward. Rather, it is the time to reflect on any areas — both on and off the field — that need improvement and then set about fixing them. Take into consideration the needs of others and reap the benefits of this most dreamy aspect.

We begin this week’s predictions on Tuesday evening with a basketball game between the New York Knicks and Utah Jazz. Here, the waning Virgo moon gets a boost from the sun for a satisfying hometown showdown. Then, two additional basketball teams — the Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers — shape up under the light of the Virgo moon for a delightfully engaging contest. Finally, on Tuesday evening, ice hockey teams San Jose Sharks and Seattle Kraken go head-to-head under the auspices of the clever Virgo moon for a disarming game of wits.

Game 1

NBA

New York Knicks -v- Utah Jazz

Tuesday 30th January @ 7:30 pm – New York, New York

On Tuesday evening at Madison Square Garden, home team New York Knicks invite the Utah Jazz onto their court. With the shy Virgo moon on the wane and forming a sweet trine with the sun, this will be a highly entertaining match, especially with the Jazz’s solid power forward, Taurus sun Lauri Markkanen and his wicked Scorpio moon up to all kinds of mischief. But it appears that it will be the Knicks’ power-hungry point guard, Leo sun Jalen Brunson and his super-tricky Pisces moon, who will be the one to slyly slip past the opposition for an outstanding victory. New York Knicks to win.

Game 2

NBA

Denver Nuggets -v- Philadelphia 76ers

Tuesday 30th January @ 7:30 pm – Boston, Massachusetts

On Tuesday evening at TD Garden, home team Boston Celtics welcome the Indiana Pacers onto their turf. With the Virgo moon at the apex of a yod with Jupiter and Saturn, this will be a match to remember, especially with the Pacers’ quirky point guard, Aquarius sun Tyrese Haliburton and his locked-and-loaded Aries Jupiter ready to explode. However, it appears that it will be the Celtics’ one-of-a-kind small forward, Aquarius sun/Jupiter combo Jayson Tatum and his edgy Medusa-laced Taurus moon, who will be the one to pull the strings for a stellar win. Boston Celtics to win.

Game 3

NHL

San Jose Sharks -v- Seattle Kraken

Tuesday 30th January @ 7:30 pm – San Jose, California

On Tuesday evening at the SAP Center, the San Jose Sharks invite the Seattle Kraken onto their rink. With the waning Virgo moon making out with Venus, this will be a pearler of a match up, especially with the Kraken’s powerful left wing, Aldebaran-flavored Taurus sun Jared McCann and his sizzling hot Aries Mars getting blasted by Uranus. But it appears that it will be the Sharks’ poker-faced center, Libra sun Tomas Hertl and his super-cunning Scorpio Mars, who will be the one to fly beneath the radar and steal the show. San Jose Sharks to win.

And that’s a wrap for this week in Sports Astrology Predictions. Until next time!
