This Week’s Sports Predictions: March 4 – March 10, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!  

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars gets zapped by a challenging square aspect from Uranus, the eccentric planet of electricity and magic. The jolting frequency generated by these two planets as they battle it out for supremacy, produces sudden flashes of insight and sudden, surprising events, both on and off the field. Although these energies are wild and unruly, try to plot and maintain a steady course – and keep your focus on the main game.

We begin this week’s predictions on Thursday evening with a basketball game between Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat. Here, the solemn Capricorn moon collides with Mars for a heated and ruthless battle. Then on Sunday afternoon, ice hockey teams Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers shape up under the light of the silent, slippery Pisces moon, for a mesmerising match where anything goes. Finally, basketball teams Sacramento Kings and Houston Rockets go head-to-head under the auspices of the misty Neptunian moon for a wickedly entertaining match.

Dallas Mavericks -v- Miami Heat

Thursday 7^th March @ 6:30 pm – Dallas, Texas

On Thursday evening at the American Airlines Center, home team Dallas Mavericks invite the Miami Heat onto their court.  With the sun silently slipping over the horizon and the ageing, waning Mars-laced Capricorn moon reaching the end of her tether and ready to explode, this will be an exhilarating match, especially with the Heat’s veteran small forward, Leo sun Jimmy Butler and his on-point full Aquarian moon the flavor du jour.  But it appears that it will be the Mavericks’ unconventional point guard, Aquarian sun Luka Doncic and his super-sensitive Cancerian moon ducking and weaving, who will be the one to systematically take down the opposition with panache.  Dallas Mavericks to win.

Pittsburgh Penguins -v- Edmonton Oilers

Sunday 10^th March @ 1:00 pm – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

On Sunday afternoon at the PPG Paints Arena, home team Pittsburgh Penguins welcome the Edmonton Oilers onto their rink.  With the quiet crescent Pisces moon blind-sided by the sun, this will be a game where wicked plans unfold, especially with the Oilers’ dogged left wing, Taurean sun Zach Hyman and his aggressive Arian Mars dominating the action.  However, it appears that it will be the Penguins’ loaded center, Cancerian sun/Mercury/Mars/Venus stellium Sidney Crosby and his edgy and illusive Sagittarian moon causing havoc, who will be the one to slip and slide his way to a stunning victory.  Pittsburgh Penguins to win.

Game 3

Sacramento Kings -v- Houston Rockets

Sunday 10^th March @ 3:00 pm – Sacramento, California  

On Sunday afternoon at the Golden 1 Center, home team Sacramento Kings invite Houston Rockets onto their turf.  With the baby Pisces moon connecting with Neptune and Mercury and beginning to reveal her magic, this will be an engaging battle, especially with the Rockets’ tricky center, Cancerian sun/Mercury/Mars combo Alperen Sengun and his Mars-triggered Capricorn moon on the rampage.  But it appears that it will be the Kings’ stellar point guard, Leo moon De’Aaron Fox and his heavily ambitious and loaded Capricorn Mars/Venus/Jupiter/Uranus/Neptune stellium, who will take down the opposition with military precision.  Sacramento Kings to win.
