A mid-day workout could be what you need to restore your energy levels today. But follow that with a sensible lunch that will put even more fuel in your tank. A grilled chicken rice bowl with mixed veggies will do the trick, giving you protein and carbs to get you through the rest of the day.


Be tolerant of those who don't work with the same intensity levels as you. They may not have eaten a healthy breakfast. You, on the other hand, had oatmeal with honey, raisins and wheat toast to start the day. It may not sound like much, but it was enough to put you into orbit.


You'll have fun debating with people at a party tonight. It'll be in a good fun, but you have a tendency to go too far. You'd rather slap some of that glazed ham on rye bread for sandwiches then make some irate co-worker make you wear it for a hat.


Remember the future today before overindulging. Too many bacon puffs, Buffalo wings and deviled eggs will go right to your hips, and then you can just forget about wearing something skimpy during that planned trip to Mykonos.


While your personality can be overblown, your heart is in the right place. So friends won't mind if you take control of dinner plans for tonight. Take them to an authentic Australian restaurant, but don't tell them that what they think is gamey roast beef is actually kangaroo.


Being flexible could have you discovering new delights today. So go with friends for dinner at a vegetarian restaurant. You'll find that faux chicken and fish will not be the real thing, but they'll taste just as good. You'll also be happy that that no animals were harmed in the making of your meal.


You'll share your hopes with friends today but they'll look at you skeptically. Okay, maybe losing 30 pounds in ten days is too much to ask for. But with a sensible diet of lean proteins like chicken and fish, as well as veggies, fruit, and tofu, losing 10 pounds in 30 days is very doable.


You won't be into flamboyancy today. So shy away from anything adorned, flashy or dramatic. You'll carry this mindset into dinner tonight. You'll prefer grilled chicken with plain white rice and steamed broccoli to anything smothered in gravy, cheese or garnishes.


Parties always feature an abundance of fatty and calorie rich foods. So while overindulging can be a problem, eating smart is still possible. Stick to the veggie platters, sliced roast beef, turkey and fresh spring rolls and you could emerge unscathed.


A parade of problems at work will leave you with a splitting headache today. Believe it or not, caffeine, when taken in moderation, has been proven to cure headaches. So brew a mild pot of coffee and take a few sips. Take a pain reliever along with it and that headache should be gone in no time.


Power struggles at work today can be handled with diplomacy and professionalism. Of course, food never hurts so order a couple of pizzas as a peace settlement. But arguing over the toppings could set things ablaze again, so head that off at the pass by ordering plain cheese


You may have too much going on today and you may want to step away from the madness. Steal away and eat a couple of orange slices before diving back in. The vitamin C in those sweet critters has been proven to lower blood pressure and stress-inducing cortisol levels.
