As a cardinal fire sign, you’re naturally driven, ambitious and strong-willed, and therefore in 2023 you will no doubt continue to strive to be a leader and changemaker. Look for opportunities to be more tactful this year, Aries, because brute force isn’t always the best option for dealing with workplace issues.

You’re always the leader in life, never the follower, and there might not be a better example of this than your career. You’re a hard worker, but you don’t find it easy to work for others. As the first sign of the zodiac, you have confidence in yourself to get the job done and rarely rely on anyone else if you can help it. 

At the start of 2023, ambitious, hardworking Saturn is partnered with experimental Aquarius again, encouraging you to be a rebel and try new, nontraditional things in the workplace.

In early March, determined Saturn enters your house of limitations and karma, however, and turns retrograde from mid-June until the beginning of November, when you’ll have to watch out for career-related repercussions from your past actions coming to the surface. Maybe you’ve been skating by at a job you don’t particularly like, or putting off looking for a new job until the market gets better.
