If Sparks Fly in Relationships, a Breakthrough (Or Breakup) Is on the Way!

At 2:07 a.m.: Vesta enters Gemini

In the pre-dawn hours, retrograde Vesta—the goddess asteroid of sacred devotion—backslides into Gemini. Vesta last transited this sign between June 22 and September 13, during which time, communicating from our hearts was essential. We were encouraged to convey important messages within our communities. Inspiration was found by following our curiosity. Committing to being better communicators also redefined our relationship priorities during Venus’ summer backspin.  Now, we are revisiting this territory after Vesta’s three-month stay in Cancer. It’s time to reimagine our message—and therefore, our mission! We must not only seek to speak with greater clarity; we must be receptive to others’ perspectives as well. We must promise to be better listeners. Vesta will remain in Gemini until March 30, 2024.

At 5:27 p.m.: The moon is conjunct Chiron

In the evening, the Aries moon conjuncts Chiron, stimulating insecurities. Events transpire that cause us to feel vulnerable or ashamed. We may feel unworthy of praise. Receiving attention can be awkward, even if we had secretly hoped to be recognized.  What we are confronting now are the residual effects of past trauma. Previously, being singled out or seen for our individuality made life more difficult for us. However, today, we have nothing to fear. Although acknowledgment may make us uneasy, being witnessed and refusing to hide in the face of potential criticism is the first step in embracing courage and divorcing ourselves from shame.
