At 1:22 a.m.: The moon is opposite Chiron

In the pre-dawn hours, the Libra moon opposes Chiron in Aries, stimulating tender emotions. The aspects of our psyche that we typically avoid acknowledging are now staring us in the face. We are forced to consider all the ways that we diminish ourselves in the hope of keeping the peace. How have we bypassed our own needs to curry favor or balance the scales?  Many of us will be asleep at this time, and our dreams may play out scenarios that cause our wounds to feel larger than they are, so that we finally address them. By admitting that self-work is required, we start to heal from the notion that we are not enough.  It's likely that those in our inner circle, (our partners, friends, and colleagues,) don’t even perceive our insecurities. They support our ambitions and talking through anxieties with them will reveal they are happy to assist instead of always expecting us to be the supportive ones.

At 6:54 p.m.: The moon is trine Saturn

In the late evening, the moon trines Saturn in Aquarius, emphasizing relationship-building. Who do we owe our allegiance to, and how can the unions we forge facilitate our future legacy? We weigh the pros and cons of past and future, tradition and innovation, in order to achieve progress while ruffling the least amount of feathers.  In addition, we might be urged to look at our formative relationships with elders and parents, to take note of how they achieved compromises or reached agreements through fairness and right action. Applying old tactics to modern problems can find us coming to amicable conclusions and making a positive impression on those who we respect.
