Where to Devote Your Energy? Choose Wisely!

At 12:27 a.m.: The moon is conjunct Pluto, and the moon void of course begins

After midnight, the moon and Pluto align in Capricorn, amplifying emotional anxieties. We may become possessive of another person or react inappropriately to a conflict. Subconscious fears are crying out to be acknowledged, when ignoring what is obvious will only lead to self-destructive behavior. Because many of us will be asleep at this hour, insights can arise within our dreams that force us to see the truth. Upon waking, we must be honest with ourselves.  Following this aspect, the moon enters a short void, during which time we should commit to self-reflection and avoid starting new projects.

At 3:28 a.m.: The moon enters Aquarius, and the moon void of course ends

A short three hours later, the moon exits its void and enters individualistic Aquarius. Although we will be more outgoing and social over the next two days, we will also have less patience for the drama that often arises within community dynamics. We have no problem doing our own thing now and will resist others’ attempts to box us in or pin us down. Freedom and flexibility are essential to our emotional equilibrium. This is one of those rare lunar periods where we feel safer without a roadmap than with one.
