Deviating from the Usual Grants You a New Beginning!

At 5:27 a.m.: The moon is trine Jupiter

In the morning, the Virgo moon trines Jupiter in Taurus, encouraging generous acts. We are more giving at this time. This is, in part, because we feel more connected to the universal human family, and in part because… we think we know best! Who better to be generous and charitable with others than ourselves!?  Our relationships improve because we lead with compassion instead of criticism. In fact, others may extend offers and open doors for us because they recognize our integrity. Honesty is the best policy now. A spiritual discipline can be used to find our center if we perceive that we are slipping off course.

At 6:40 p.m.: The moon is conjunct the sun

The cosmic weather is then quiet until the evening, when the Virgo new moon arrives! What better time to set ourselves up for success than through this devotional lunation?! Under this moon, craft intentions using all the tools in your arsenal: emotional, intuitive, and logical.  Structure and order, which can at times impede the fluidity of our process, can serve as guardrails, helping us to architect a game plan without becoming overwhelmed. As we assess what we want moving into our future, it’s equally important to consider what we’ve accumulated that we no longer need. What practices and ideas are slowing us down instead of keeping us focused? What concepts or details have we outgrown? Where have facts hindered our progress instead of making us excited about our prospects?  This moon forms a harmonious trine to Uranus in Taurus, suggesting that experimentation is key. We can think outside the box while maintaining order. In fact, a willingness to deviate from routine is essential now. Priorities change. What matters is that we can tweak our blueprint when necessary to get us where we need to go, instead of becoming fixated on following “the plan” even if it has already ceased to deliver results.
