OCTOBER 20: Control and Its Costs

Venus squares Pluto again this month, and relationships once more feel the strain of power struggles and control issues. Whatever hasn't been fully resolved from earlier in October may resurface now, particularly around trust, jealousy, or one partner feeling like they have less say than the other. Ask a question instead of checking a phone. Resist the urge to tighten your grip on a person or situation that feels like it's slipping. That instinct usually accelerates exactly what you're afraid of. Instead, get honest about what genuine security would look like versus what feels like control dressed up as care. Name one thing that would genuinely reassure you. Financial power dynamics can carry similar undertones today. Look at who actually controls the account. Pluto in Aquarius is moving forward again, so whatever surfaces now tends to stay surfaced. The relationships that survive this kind of pressure are the ones built on mutual respect rather than possession, so let today be a real test of which is which.
