Avoiding Projections

February 15, 2023

At 4:25 a.m.: Venus is conjunct Neptune

In the morning, Venus aligns with Neptune in Pisces, a dreamy and romantic influence! Here, Neptune is in domicile and Venus is exalted. Both planets feel comfortable in the watery, boundaryless sign of the Fishes!  Yet without clear boundaries comes the risk of disappointment, particularly in our romantic relationships. This is prime cosmic weather for disregarding red flags. Seeing the potential in another is all well and good, but not at the expense of demonstrated words and actions.  Avoid casting projections that paint loved ones in a rosy glow. On the flip side, healthy relationships can experience beautiful moments of connection during this transit. If your bond is strong and if you are truly compatible, letting down walls can serve to deepen intimacy.

At 4:03 p.m.: The moon is sextile the sun, and the moon void of course begins

In the late afternoon, the Sagittarius moon harmoniously sextiles the Aquarius sun, making us outgoing. We may wish to spend our time in group settings, getting to know new members of our communities.  Exploration and discovery are our intent, although we probably prefer to connect on shared beliefs or niche interests. More than anything, we feel comfortable in our own skin. We are free to be ourselves, shrugging off the stress of attempting to fit in or adapt to another’s expectations.  The moon enters a void period following this aspect’s perfection that will last about five hours. Use this time for socializing rather than starting new projects.
