If you are feeling ever so slightly overwhelmed by everything you think you have to do on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd, why not just stop thinking so hard about all of it? Do one thing, then do another. Then go for a swim. Then get some sleep. The next day, you can take another step in the direction of getting things done. Then have a healthy lunch. Then do one more thing. Then work out again. Do something wonderful for yourself on the 15th and 16th. Seriously. Every day you do, you will benefit from your serious self-nurturing.
